  • Yes — although we’re not a high-volume salon, we do require proof of rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Vaccines must be given by a licensed veterinarian, and for safety we ask that you wait at least 2 weeks after vaccination before bringing your dog in. If your dog is coughing or sneezing, please reschedule the appointment to protect the health of other animals and staff.

  • Depending on scheduling, we are typically booked 4-6 weeks out. We highly recommend and encourage clients to book their next appointment when they are checking out to ensure convenience to their schedule.

To make an appointment, please call or text us at 707-826-0903. For the safety of the dogs while being bathed & groomed, we only answer the phone when it is safe to do so. If we miss your call, we will do our best to return your call by the end of the day. Weekend calls will be returned on the following Monday, as we are closed Saturday and Sunday.

  • Appointment time depends on type of grooming, dog size and coat, and how well the dog cooperates. Small–medium dogs usually take 2–3 hours; large dogs can take 4 hours or more. Multiple dogs may take longer. We will text you 15 minutes before finishing.

We know owners like to stay, but dogs often focus on their owner instead of the groomer. Please drop off your pet and return when the grooming is finished.

  • If you need to reschedule, please call or leave a message at least 24 hours before your appointment. We send a reminder text five days before and another the day before — please confirm both messages so we can hold your spot. If you expect to be late, call or leave a message; if you are more than 20 minutes late without contacting us, we will reschedule your appointment. Please be on time: missed or late appointments may result in waiting up to six weeks for the next available slot and you will be required to pay for the missed appointment.

  • To keep the stress & noise levels down for our clients’ well being, we have sanitized dog crates to keep your pups safe and comfortable upon waiting your arrival. The pups that are socialized may be allowed to roam within the work space until they go home.

We text or call pet parents 15 minutes before your pup is done being groomed.
